Dr. Michael McCutcheon is the Head of Career Coaching services. He partners with clients on goal achievement and increasing overall life satisfaction.

He partners with clients on goal achievement and increasing overall life satisfaction. Over the years, he has supported others to achieve life-changing results, such as: improving time management and organization skills, embarking on new careers, becoming more physically fit, finding love and enhancing current relationships, getting promoted, gaining acceptance into competitive graduate programs, guiding recent graduates through the transition from school to the working world, and helping entrepreneurs launch new companies from the ground up.

  • Dr. McCutcheon teaches graduate counseling courses at New York University (NYU), a position for which he has twice won the Dept. of Applied Psychology Teaching Award (2014 & 2019).

I blend my a background in social work, with rigorous  Career Testing and Career Coaching, which results in guiding our team to ensure all clients have a non-judgmental, affirming space where they can show up safely and authentically as they seek support around developing a career narrative. I’m deeply committed to empowering individuals with neurodivergent traits and disabilities (e.g., ADHD, ASD, Dyslexia, and auditory processing disorders, etc.). My approach centers on recognizing and valuing the unique strengths that these individuals bring, providing the support and tailored strategies needed to help them thrive both personally and professionally.
