Over the years, he has supported others to achieve life-changing results, such as: improving time management and organization skills, embarking on new careers, becoming more physically fit, finding love and enhancing current relationships, getting promoted, gaining acceptance into competitive graduate programs, guiding recent graduates through the transition from school to the working world, and helping entrepreneurs launch new companies from the ground up.

Dr. Kirkinis is a published author, and her work has been published in 14+ peer-reviewed journals and presented at 10+ national APA conferences, in addition to being featured in popular media outlets. She is particularly interested in experiences of discrimination in the workplace (racism, sexism, heterosexism), career identity development and how intersections of identity impact career trajectories. Her current research focus is on career development in Latin America.
