Janelle Baptiste, Esq.
Inmigration Lawyer

Live & Work in the U.S.A.
Having been raised by two immigrant parents who lived in the United States without legal status for many years, I uniquely understand the immigrant experience. I listened to my father detail how difficult it was for him to attend college classes knowing that he had an Order of Deportation and could be taken away at any moment. I remember how employers took advantage of my mother’s immigration status. For the past decade, I have worked with hundreds of immigrants to obtain lawful working status in the United States (e.g., visas, green cards, etc.). There are so many pathways to getting to the U.S. that people don’t know about.
